During my tenure at Staff Asia, a prominent business process organization based in Bangladesh with a strong foothold in the EdTech sector in the United Kingdom, I had the privilege of spearheading the social media marketing initiatives for some of the company's flagship online training platforms. These platforms, namely One Education, Training Express, and Janets, are renowned EdTech entities in the UK, catering to a diverse audience seeking quality online education.
As the Social Media Marketer for these brands, my responsibilities were multifaceted and crucial to their digital presence. I was entrusted with the management and maintenance of their social media sites, ensuring consistent brand representation and engagement across platforms. My expertise was particularly channeled towards ad operations on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Quora Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Beyond paid promotions, I also curated and disseminated organic posts to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
One of the pivotal aspects of my role was audience analysis, which enabled me to craft compelling ad copies tailored to our target demographics. I collaborated closely with the design team to conceptualize and bring to life ad creatives that resonated with our audience and encapsulated the essence of each brand. My efforts were geared towards not just driving conversions but also elevating brand awareness in a competitive digital landscape.
With a substantial monthly budget of $100,000 allocated for each brand, I meticulously strategized and optimized our ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and brand visibility. At Axilweb, a leading business process organization based in Bangladesh, I held the pivotal role of Search Engine Management Executive. Axilweb is renowned for providing comprehensive marketing and IT support to the Northwest group, a conglomerate with esteemed entities such as Northwest Career College, Northwest Driving School, and Northwest Realty Group, all operating out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
As the Search Engine Management Executive, my responsibilities spanned a broad spectrum of digital marketing initiatives. At the forefront was the management of search ad accounts for the Northwest group's diverse businesses. This entailed meticulous planning, strategizing, and execution of campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. My role was not just limited to search engine marketing; I also collaborated closely with the social media marketing team to ensure cohesive and synchronized campaigns across all digital platforms.
A significant portion of my duties revolved around analytics and data-driven decision-making. I delved deep into web analytics, keyword analysis, search engine analysis, and cost-per-click analysis to optimize our campaigns and ensure maximum visibility and conversions. Tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager were instrumental in tracking, analyzing, and refining our strategies.
My overarching goal was to enhance the Return on Investment (ROI) for each dollar spent. With a substantial monthly budget of approximately $200,000 allocated across all business accounts, I was committed to ensuring that every cent was optimally utilized to drive results and elevate the digital presence of the Northwest group's entities.
